Shipping policy

SHIPPING COSTS
In Italy, shipping is free for orders of €180 or more.
For orders below €180, a standard shipping fee of €6,50 will be applied.

Shipping costs for the EU and international destinations are calculated at checkout.

PROCESSING TIMES 
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders placed during weekends or public holidays will be handled on the next business day.

DELIVERY TIMES 

• Italy: 2–5 business days
• European Union: 4–8 business days
• International: 7–14 business days 

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination and courier.

COURIERS 
We work with trusted couriers such as BRT to ensure fast and secure delivery.

TRACKING 
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can monitor your package in real time.

DELAYS & LIABILITY 
We are not responsible for any delays caused by external factors (strikes, customs checks, weather events).

CUSTOMS & INTERNATIONAL TAXES
For shipments outside the European Union, any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.

INCORRECT ADDRESSES OR FAILED DELIVERY 
Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order. We cannot be held responsible for undelivered orders due to incomplete or incorrect addresses.
