RETURNS & REFUND POLICY

RETURN PERIOD 
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

 

ELIGIBILITY
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition as received
  • Unworn or unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

 

HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN 

  1. Log in to your Morphos Studio account.
  2. In the Orders section, select the order you wish to return.
  3. Click “Request a return.”
  4. Choose the items you want to return.
  5. In the message box, specify the reason for your return.
  6. Submit the request.

If your request meets our return conditions, you will receive an email confirming approval, along with the return shipping label and instructions.
⚠️ Items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS 
Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. These costs will be deducted from your refund:

  • Italy: €7,90
  • Europe: €20
  • Switzerland: €30
  • USA: €50
  • United Kingdom: €50
  • Rest of the World: €50

Any customs duties and import fees are also the responsibility of the customer and will not be covered by Morphos Studio.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES 
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong product. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

REFUNDS 
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
